| Fair Verona are an all girl three piece from Carrick-on-Suir in Co.Tipperary. Aoife Cleary (guitar/vocals), Karla Brazel (bass/backing vocals), Lucy Coady (drums/backing vocals) developed their style on a diet of 'The Breeders', 'The throwing Muses' and 'Sonic Youth'. These girls combine punky instrumentation with sweet harmonies and melodies, offering both accessibility and depth. Fair Verona have played at some of the capitals top venues, supporting bands like Wilt and Turn. They are listed in Hotpress as one of the bands to watch out for in 2004.
